These could be the eggs of an insect from any of several orders such as Hymenoptera (eg Sawflies), Hemiptera, or Orthoptera. However I can find no entry on NatureMapr for "Insect, unidentified".

I think that D. quadriguttata normally has pink stinging spines, and D. Oxleyi and D. pinguis normally have the yellow stingers.
